Caring for Streatham Cats by Help A Stray Today

Streatham Cats are now in my care as Dawn Travers is in the home for the incurables at Streatham.

Here is a picture of Dawn, not the Dawn we all knew at all. We all go and see her and try to keep her spirits up. She has been practically bedridden for the last three years. Now she is coming to the end of her journey in life and can no longer fight back, certain people have taken it upon themselves to be less than complimentary about what shes done for the past 40 years. An example of this sort of attitude was when the cat rescue bin in sainsbury's was taken over by another charity who claims they are now in control of Streatham Cats. So why are the streatham cats sitting in my house right now? The other charity is only responsible for 6 cats that are in the outside wild colony, but they need a whole bin of food to feed those 6 cats and will not give any to the cats I have in my care.

I have asked for some of the food for the cats I have of Dawns but nothing has ever come to fruition.

If you would like to help us in the care of our rescues, we would gladly accept donations of food. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to help in any way as my pension is not made of elastic. :)

If you need to rehome a cat, we will gladly display a picture and your details for you on our site. again, please view the contact us page for details on how to get in touch.
